Products & Pricing
Genuine parts, accurately described
We list genuine Mercedes-Benz and BMW parts, matched to the vehicle and fitment details shown on each product page. Prices are shown in USD and converted to your selected currency at checkout using live exchange rates; the amount charged is the amount confirmed on the checkout page before you place the order.
Order acceptance
Your order is a request to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to a pricing error, stock issue, or failed payment/fraud check) before it ships, in which case any payment collected for that order will not be captured or will be released back to your original payment method.
Payment
Accepted methods
We accept major credit/debit cards, selected digital wallets, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, and — where available for your delivery address — cash on delivery. Card and wallet payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
Worldwide shipping
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown before you place your order and vary by destination and carrier. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided.
Returns, Replacements & Warranty
Replacement-only policy — no cash refunds
Because automotive parts are safety-critical components, we do not issue cash refunds. If a part is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match what you ordered, we will resend the correct or a working replacement part at no extra cost to you. Account & Verification
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate account, shipping, and payment information. We may require identity verification before releasing higher-value orders, in line with our fraud-prevention and payment-provider requirements.
Limitation of Liability
Use at your own risk
Trio Spare Parts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or performance of a purchased part. Installation of automotive parts should be carried out or verified by a qualified mechanic.
